We’ll agree who is providing copy, photos and other content as part of the scope. You bring the knowledge of your business; we help organise what your visitors need to know.
Do I need to be in Wollongong to work with you?
No. We work with businesses across Australia. Most of the project happens over video call and email, so location rarely matters.
How long does a website take to build?
A Starter site typically takes 4–6 weeks from scope to launch. Larger projects take longer. We'll give you a realistic timeline in your quote.
What if I need changes after launch?
That's what your Hosting & Support is for. Your included months cover updates, and once those are up, you stay on Hosting & Support from $99/mo.
Do you work with an existing website or start from scratch?
Both. Sometimes the right answer is a rebuild. Sometimes it's improving what's already there. We'll be honest about which makes more sense for your situation.
